THE CLIENT

Galia Collaborative is a group therapy practice in Cincinnati, Ohio, built around a conviction that therapy should actually meet people where they are — not just where the algorithm sends them. Their team of specialized clinicians works across three core pillars: trauma and relational healing, eating and body relationship work, and perinatal, parenting, and midlife transitions.

It's a thoughtfully built practice, with a strong brand identity and deep clinical expertise. What they didn't have when they came to us was a digital strategy to match — one that could find the right people in Cincinnati and bring them to the door.

That's exactly what we set out to build.

THE CHALLENGE

Running a specialty, cash-pay group practice in a mid-sized city comes with a specific kind of visibility problem. The people who need Galia's services are out there — searching, reading, trying to figure out if therapy is worth it and who to trust. But without the right digital infrastructure, Galia simply wasn't showing up for them. Specifically:

  • No paid search presence — the practice wasn't appearing when prospective clients searched for specialty therapy in Cincinnati
  • Three distinct service pillars with no dedicated SEO content to signal what each one offered — to Google or to potential clients
  • Website analytics weren't properly configured, making it impossible to track what was working or where traffic was coming from
  • No scalable system to generate qualified leads — the kind of people who are ready to reach out, not just browse

They needed a strategy that could speak to all three of their audiences at once, and make it easy for the right people to find them.

THE WORK

We built Galia's digital presence from the foundation up — starting with organic strategy and layering in paid advertising — all in a single, phased engagement.

Phase 1: Keyword Research + SEO Pillar Pages

Before running a single ad, we needed to understand how people in Cincinnati actually search for Galia's services. We conducted pillar-specific keyword research for all three specialty areas, identifying ~15 total high-intent terms — the language real people use when they're ready to reach out, not just casually browsing.

  • ~5 high-intent keywords per pillar (≈15 total), evaluated for search intent and prioritized by conversion potential
  • Keyword-to-page mapping for pillar pages and ad targeting
  • Three SEO-optimized pillar pages — Trauma & Relational Healing, Eating & Body Relationship, and Perinatal, Parenting & Midlife Transitions — written to convert and structured to rank

The goal: Signal clearly to Google what Galia offers, who it's for, and where — before spending a dollar on ads.

Phase 2: Google + Meta Campaign Launch

With the keyword strategy mapped, we built and launched full campaigns across both platforms. Each pillar got its own ad set and multiple creative variations — written in Galia's voice: emotionally resonant, non-stigmatizing, and aligned to their depth-oriented approach to care.

  • Google Search: 3 campaigns across all three pillars, with 3–4 ad variations each
  • Google Performance Max: supplemental reach campaign to extend visibility beyond Search
  • Meta Traffic Campaigns: 3 ad sets, multiple creative variations per pillar, targeting Cincinnati-area users likely to engage with specialty mental health content
  • Meta Leads Campaign (launched late March): retargeted warm traffic audiences with a lead form — converting awareness into direct inquiries

Phase 3: Weekly Optimization + Ongoing Reporting

Ads are only as good as the decisions made around them. Every week, we monitored performance, rotated creative, cut underperformers, and reallocated budget toward what was working. Monthly reports kept the Galia team fully informed — with clear data and plain-language recommendations at every step.

  • Weekly performance reviews and campaign adjustments across both platforms
  • Monthly reporting with insights and pivot recommendations
  • Ongoing creative refresh — new ad copy and asset variations added as campaigns matured
  • Budget reallocation based on live performance data — doubling down on top-performing pillars

But the numbers only tell part of the story. Six months ago, Galia had no way of knowing if anyone in Cincinnati was even seeing their name. Now they have real data on what messaging lands, which platforms perform, and where their budget is best spent. That's not nothing — that's the foundation everything else gets built on.

The clinicians at Galia are doing important, specialized work. They deserve to spend their energy in the room, not wondering where the next client is coming from.

You’re doing work that really matters — let’s get you results that matter too.
